Join Us
Joining the Reading Astronomical Society is really easy. The simplest way is to come along to one of our friendly meetings and say “I’m thinking of joining your society” we can answer any questions you may have on the night, and you can then enjoy that evenings meeting. As you may have seen we hold Monthly talks with guest speakers, Zoom calls and Outreach Meetings, something for everyone, just come along to any of our events to get started

As we are near the end of the 2025/26 season we have removed the 2025/26 membership form from this page. Please do come along to the remaining meetings in the 2025/26 season you would be warmly welcomed. The 2026/27 membership form will be added to this page in the next few weeks.
The 2026/27 membership form should be filled in on your phone or computer and emailed to membership@readingastro.org.uk. Details of payments are on the form.

Our subsciption annual year runs from September until the following June. This aligns with most of the societies activities:-
Annual subscription rates are:-.
Standard : £TBC
Retired / Unwaged : £TBC
Student* : FREE
Visitor** : £TBC per meeting.
* Students attending school, college or universities
** First main meeting is free
