FridayCLUB outreach Update!
Two Astronomy talks are planned for this outreach session. ‘Objects of Interest in the Summer Triangle’ Subtitled – lie back and enjoy the satellites, together with ‘The Basics and Precautions for Observing the Sun’ it will be a great evening. We will be observing with telescopes later if clear. Children welcome if accompanied by an adult.1st Wokingham Scout Hut in Evendons Lane, Wokingham. RG41 4DX.

Continuing the series, this will include stories from astronomical history that celebrate their centenaries in 2024.

2011/12 Session Starts Here
The Reading Astronomical Society holds the first of the season’s main meetings next Saturday, 17th September at the usual venue, and just less than a week later the BASICS section hold the first of the season’s sessions for beginners and practical hobbyists.
